We guide you through the whole process

Whether you choose to add a staff handbook, a manager's handbook or both, we'll support you throughout the process - our consultants will guide you from start to finish.

1. Getting started

The project starts with a briefing to establish goals and objectives.

2. workshops

During various workshops, we then go through parts of the manual and teach you how to administer the system. You and your company set aside around four hours per week to work on a couple of chapters, and we have regular review meetings.

3. launch

Finally, there is a launch meeting to ensure that the manual is ready for the organization.

You can expect a project time of about 3-4 months from start-up to launch.
