Key features of the travel expense system

Nordic per diems

With this module, you can manage Norwegian, Finnish and Danish regulations on per diems for your employees in a smooth way. Instead of making manual calculations, the system handles this based on the current regulations for each base country.

Customised panels

There is access to a variety of panels that can be customised according to your needs and role. You can share statistics and documents or send messages directly to individual employees, selected groups or all staff.

Statistics and monitoring

It's great to share information on key figures with department heads and management teams for full control of travel expenses.

Forexample, you can track total travel costs per period and how costs are distributed between projects or customers. Furthermore, you can keep track of how long it takes to process a travel expense claim on average and how many are submitted per employee. You can also see the percentage of complete travel expenses when submitted, as well as expenses per department or individual - all to streamline and create a better overview

Import of driving licence

With this module you can import driving records to Kontek HRM. This can be done both via file or Kontek HRM's open API. An automated step on the way from registration to payroll processing.

The import can be done both for multiple employees but also per person.

Project accounting

Linking travel expenses to project accounting not only gives you better control - it also provides valuable insights. By allowing employees to link their travel, expenses and per diems directly to the right project or customer, it's easy to track costs and invoice correctly.

You can choose to receive scheduled reminders via email, push notifications and directly on the Kontek HRM home page for notifications on e.g. new travel expenses to be authorised.

The Group Management module gives you an overview of all the companies that are part of a group. You can quickly switch between companies, departments and employees and get an overall picture of the staff and all time reporting for the entire group.

Report pack

Our report package is for those who want access to a good statistical tool and the opportunity to build your own reports according to your needs. There are many areas of use, and it is possible to share reports and control permissions per group or individual so that different employees within the organisation can access exactly the information they want. Our report package consists of two modules - Statistics Centre and the Report Generator.

  • Statistics Centre is a good statistical tool with clear bar, line and pie charts. For example, you can monitor sick leave or overtime, group by department and add comparisons of the previous period to the current one. You can track how the utilisation rate in your company has changed over the year and monitor the number of hours spent on different projects.
  • The report generator gives you and your colleagues the opportunity to build and customise your own reports according to your company's needs. There are many areas of use, and it is possible to share reports and control permissions by group or individual so that different employees within the organisation have access to exactly the information they need.
