With our Plus Service solutions, you decide which tasks you want to handle yourself and which you’d like us to take care of—giving you an extended level of service as a Kontek customer.

What is included - and what is not?

You will receive extended support via direct access to your system and your unique set-up, we will provide you with support and advice based on your specific needs. You will have access to a team that can help with various tasks that you want direct help with. This can be anything from corrections in the payroll system to scheduling or HR administration.

What is not included is, for example, entire outsourcing solutions - but we are happy to guide you in the right direction if the need grows.

How quickly can we help when the need arises?

Very fast! As we already have access to your systems (via remote access), we can often start helping on the same day - depending on the scope and availability of information.

How is privacy and security managed in remote access?

We always work according to current data protection regulations (GDPR) and have established processes for secure remote access. All access is via secure connections and we document all work performed.

Can you combine parts from different packages?

Absolutely! You can customise your plus service with elements from payroll, HR, time and staffing. We'll be happy to help you put together a package that suits your organisation.
