Group management
The Group Management module gives you a clear overview of all companies that are part of a group. You can quickly switch between companies, departments and employees and get an overall picture of the staff and all time reporting for the entire group.
Project accounting
Register and follow up time on projects, customers, orders, items, activities or any other account assignment. With this module you can manage and follow up projects. Projects can be set up as a simple or extended account assignment level. In the latter case, you get access to a comprehensive project management with folder structure. Possibility to report time on project, customer, order, item, activity or other optional account assignment.
Stamping
This module offers great flexibility around time stamping. You can choose between punching time directly in the system, via a web-based web clock or via app in the mobile phone. It is also possible to connect to a stand-alone time terminal.
Absence
Select absences when you clock out or register absences directly on your mobile. Apply for absence that the responsible manager approves or rejects and see the current balance when, for example, applying for vacation. The responsible manager also gets a good overview of all registered and applied absences.
Saldon
Manage and continuously update balances such as comp, flex and overtime. Get summaries of balances per day, period and print reports for all staff.
Reminders
You can choose to receive scheduled reminders via email, push notifications and directly on the Kontek HRM home page for notifications on e.g. new period to clear or certify.
Review
Smooth audit flow for timesheets, providing a clear overview of all staff within the company or group in a single view and clearly highlighting any discrepancies.
Customized panels
There is access to a variety of panels that can be customized according to needs and role. Provide a clear view directly via the home page of e.g. present and absent staff in the form of an attendance table or keep track of overtime limits to plan ordered overtime. Share statistics and documents or send messages directly to individual employees, selected groups or all staff. Customize served key figures to the head of department and management team for e.g. staff turnover and sick leave.
Report package
Our report package is for those who want access to a good statistical tool and the opportunity to build your own reports according to your needs. The areas of use are many and it is possible to share reports and control permissions per group or individual so that different employees within the organization can access exactly the information they want. Our report package consists of two modules - Statistics Sweden and the Report Generator.
Central Statistical Office
- Statistics Sweden is a good statistical tool with clear bar, line and pie charts. You can, for example, follow up sick leave or overtime, group by department and add comparative choices of the previous period against the current one. You can follow how the utilization rate in the company has changed during the year and follow up the number of hours spent on different projects.
The report generator
- The report generator gives you and your colleagues the opportunity to build and customize your own reports according to your company's needs. The areas of use are many, and it is possible to share reports and control permissions per group or individual so that different employees within the organization have access to exactly the information they need.
Language
With this module, all the system's menus, input screens and printouts can be translated into five different languages. Available languages are Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish and English.
