Wage mapping
Pay surveys are a legal requirement to detect and prevent unfair pay and employment conditions between women and men. A pay survey is also a great tool to add value to your company. It clarifies internal pay policies and creates an understanding of knowledge and skills. If you choose to conduct it in the HR system Kontek HRM Employee, there is system support to help you with the whole process.
Salary review
A tool for the process of salary revision where individual managers can carry out the salary setting and HR can get an overall picture for comparative salary levels. Prepare the salary revision with pots of percentages or amounts based on e.g. union, employment form or position. Upon completion of the salary review, you can integrate an automatic transfer to Kontek Lön.
Whistleblowing
In 2021, the new Whistleblowers Act entered into force. The law supports both employees and companies and aims to detect irregularities and misconduct at an early stage.
The whistleblowing service is offered in cooperation with Qnister and is available in the HR system Kontek HRM Employee.
Kontek HRM Mobile apps
Kontek HRM Mobile gives you an up-to-date overview of present and absent staff and access to contact details.
With our built-in messaging function, you can communicate information to individual employees, selected groups or all staff. Individual employees can get an overview of their personal data and can have the opportunity to maintain selected information themselves.
All this regardless of your location - all you need is a tablet or mobile phone.
Group management
With the Group Management add-on module, you get a clear view of all companies that are part of a group. Switch quickly between companies, departments and employees and get an overall picture of the staff for the entire group.
You also get access to key figures for staff turnover, employment type and number of employees directly on the start page with this option.
Integration
The HR system can be integrated with several different systems. We can receive and transfer data regarding e.g. personnel, projects and invoicing. We support the common file formats and we have the possibility to integrate via HRM's open API.
Language
With this module, all the system's menus, input screens and printouts can be translated into five different languages.
Available languages are Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish and English.

Our report package is for those who want access to a good statistical tool and the opportunity to build your own reports according to your needs. The areas of use are many and it is possible to share reports and control permissions per group or individual so that different employees within the organization can access exactly the information they want.
