Do I have to buy a package?

You can, of course, choose to handle all the set-up yourself using our instructions.

However, we know that this often takes longer, and with a package you get the best way of working right from the start.

What is included in the packages?

We have designed our packages to suit the different needs of different businesses.

Small
Includes basic sets based on a standard configuration. This means that you handle any customizations yourself, such as changing payroll types or time codes.

Medium
Includes any customizations so that the system can be tailored to your company's specific requirements.

Large
In addition to including customizations in the system, we also provide you with a project manager, training for your team, and initial support, such as the first payroll run.

What support do I get?

We have the best support ratings, and you can easily submit tickets - or call us.

To get down to the details, support is part of our solutions, which means we'll answer where to find a feature and what it does or what step is next for you in a setup. But it can also be an answer to what the file should look like that you want to load.

Where is the line from support to consultation?

The boundary between support and consultation is usually determined by the complexity of the case and the time required.

Support generally covers quick and routine questions and issues, such as guidance on how to use our systems and minor technical adjustments.

If a request requires in-depth analysis, customization of the system's features (which you as a customer can do on your own) or strategic advice, it may be considered as a consultation and lead to a charge.

Our support staff will always inform you in advance when a request may involve an additional cost.

If I choose Small, can I upgrade to Large?

It actually depends a bit on whether you have already received your start-up or not.

If we have not started anything, you can of course upgrade to Large If, on the other hand, you have already gone through with all parts of the small package, we will instead review your needs and make an estimate of additional help per hour.

How long does a start-up take?

Implementation time varies depending on the size of the package and your needs.

The small package can often be completed faster while the large one may take longer due to more extensive customizations.

You will always be told an estimated time for delivery.
