Not quite a hundred
Waking up on the first day of vacation and it's raining. Being stuck in a traffic jam when the meeting starts in five minutes. The opposing team scoring in overtime in the critical qualifying match. It's not quite a hundred.
Facing growth, but not really knowing how to manage it. As a baker, spending time on payroll management when there are more fun sourdoughs to take care of. Or standing alone as an ambitious payroll administrator in a business, without anyone like-minded to lean on. It's not quite a hundred either. But with one difference - we can do something about it.
Because the good news is that you don't need to know exactly how to manage your payroll or your HR. You just need to know how much you want help with - all of it, some of it, or some of it in between. And this is where we come into the business picture.
There are many reasons to outsource parts of your business. We won't go into all of them because that would make this a very long text, and we'd like you to stick around until the end. But let's talk a little bit about one of them - the luxury of allowing your employees to focus on what they are good at.
We live by the not-too-radical conviction that you should do what you do best and enjoy. And they go hand in hand. If you're good at something, it's more fun to do, and vice versa. Whether it's logistics, interior design or payroll administration.
So throughout our 90 years, we've had a single focus - to keep evolving as payroll and HR specialists. We have followed, adapted to and influenced developments. We have seen successes and setbacks. For example, we know that it will take Sweden 100 years to achieve gender equality in pay, if we continue at the same pace. It certainly doesn't feel like a hundred, but we have decided to speed up that development.
And through excellence and tailored solutions, we will continue to unleash human skills so that people can do exactly what they do best and enjoy. Whatever that may be. We've been doing this for 90 years and the journey has only just begun.
We're not quite 100, but we're well on our way.
