You choose how you want to build your structure. Projects can be parameterized as simple or extended project reporting. In the latter case, you get access to comprehensive project management with the option of a folder structure.

With the extended project reporting, you also get the opportunity to enter the budgeted time and amount with any controls that warn or block when a certain time or percentage has passed.

Employees can register in the way that suits them best - via mobile, punch clock or computer.
The system makes it easy to assign participants to projects in a flexible way: as an administrator, you can manage the registration, or the employee can choose from their own favorite list.

With the optional stamping feature, accounts can be changed during the day, and in the mobile app, the system can suggest - or even automatically assign - projects based on GPS location.

Thanks to the advanced logic, it can also be controlled so that only valid combinations of projects and accounts can be selected. This minimizes the risk of errors and makes management both safer and smoother.

For control and certification purposes, projects can be reviewed at several levels - by supervisors or project managers, for example.
The system gives you a clear overview of everything that has been reported and brings it together in a convenient audit view. There you can verify the data before following it up with reports and statistics.

It is also possible to set a condition that a project must be certified at a certain level before data is transferred to external systems.
