When the program is running, an ID and password will be displayed. Please provide these details to us so we can connect and assist you.

Other ways to get in touch with us!

  • If you are a plus service customer, you can use the direct number you receive when you subscribe to this service.

  • If you are an outsourcing customer, you should contact your personal payroll consultant as usual, for whom you have already received contact details.

  • If you use the My HR service, log in to My Pages and use our case management system and enter your question directly into the system.

  • If you are a private individual whose employer has signed the My Salary agreement, you contact the My Salary support via the mobile app/website or via the direct number communicated to you and your employer.
